Polka Dot Blouse & Distressed Denim Shorts

This is my first style post since 2018. Yikes! I used to love style posts more than anything else on my blog. Then I had a baby and got a new body that I had no clue how to dress. It has taken me some time to regain my confidence and figure it all out. So here I am now giving style posts a new run as I continue figuring it out. (Its an ongoing journey, y’all.)

Given our circumstances, I won’t be going anywhere any time soon but I’ll still be creating fresh, new looks for my own enjoyment and for the blog, of course. So here we have exhibit A. A simple summer outing look. I’m digging the neutral tones and the blend of casual on bottom with a bit of dressy on top. I see myself wearing this at a friend’s house while we eat crudités and sip some punch…next summer.

Until then, I’ll just be creating more styles in my mirror safely at home.
