VACATION STYLE ON A DIME

Inspired by the laid back beach vibes I knew I’d be feeling, I wanted to keep my style easy, breezy and, of course, inexpensive for my trip to Florida. A couple of days before the trip I went and picked up a few new pieces because who doesn’t like new clothes for vacay? I threw together this stylish look for just a few bucks using a few new things and a few old. Looking good while not breaking the bank is all about balance.

I loved the classic black and white polka dot shorts with the vibrant pop of red on top. The shorts were on clearance and the cami I’ve had for years but hardly ever wear. I usually stick to neutrals but hey, it was vacation! I added this hat that my husband bought me a few months ago, the sandals (also on clearance) and my favorite minimalist bag (seriously all it holds is my ID, debit card, a few keys, and maybe my phone).

So, new shorts ($6), new sandals ($5) and old closet goodies for a chic vacation look on a dime. Win!
