MAC & CHEESE MUFFINS

I’m not too sure what kind of Thanksgiving I’ll be having this year. Considering that I’ve had to host for the past 4 years I was certain that I would go small and not stress this year…but I though the same thing last year and that didn’t happen then either. Any way it goes, there’s one food that’s a non-negotiable in my family. This dish is my husband’s favorite and therefore must be on the table. It’s the mac and cheese.

Last year, I tried something new and made mac and cheese muffins for the first time. My, oh my! They were a hit! In fact, I had to make more the next day and ended up freezing some to pop into the oven over the next few months. I know mac and cheese is one of those dishes that everyone makes differently but if you’re looking for a recipe that’s bomb.com then this is worth trying out!

The portion size is just right. The buttery crust on bottom is wickedly good. The creamy pasta and crispy cheese around the edges are heavenly! Seriously. I’ve vowed that this is the only way I’ll ever make mac and cheese for the rest of my days! I strongly encourage you to give this a try. You wont regret it!
